I am Alice Matayoshi, 3rd Dan Black Belt in Goju-Ryu Karate, a title awarded by Master Yasunori Yonamine and also recognized by the São Paulo Karate Federation (FPK) and the Brazilian Karate Confederation (CBK).

My journey in karate began in the 90s and I continue to compete as a master athlete in official events.

For me, karate goes far beyond a sport. It’s a path that guides my way of living, thinking, and facing challenges. Values ​​such as discipline, respect, self-confidence, and perseverance are part of my practice on the tatami and are naturally reflected in my personal and professional life.
